Honey Berry Love Juice
My holiday in Kenya is coming to end soon, but I’ve been utilizing all my time in making food and drinks that are interesting, weather friendly and ever so easy.
One of them happens to be my Honey Berry Love Juice. I call it a love juice for all the goodness it has to offer. It contains fresh berries of 3 kinds and organic honey. Blueberries are a super berry, they keep your bones strong and your blood pressure on good levels, and help prevent cancer just as raspberries (the other berry ingredient) do! Adding strawberries to this love juice means increasing your dose of vitamin C immensely, aiding weight loss and healthy digestion. Organic honey on the other hand has been given the name of liquid gold. Honey provides great energy to the body, strengthening your immune system as well as your memory. It brings better sleep and keeps away a dry scalp too. It’s my preferred substitute for sugar and sweeteners because of its power packed benefits.

You will need:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries (more ripe than raw, you want to maximize on natural sugar)
half-full cup cold water
one teaspoon organic honey
Blend together the berries and water on medium for 45 seconds. It isn’t preferably to over-blend the fruits since the heat kills the nutrients. Add the honey and blend for 15 more seconds.
And there you have it! Your very own love juice in under 120 seconds.
